Minakshi Parmar - A Yoga Teacher/ Therapist, lover of life & founder of YogJiwan.
My passion is to educate and inspire, to share the traditional wisdom and experiences that help you to unlock your hidden limitless potential to thrive in life.
My life passion is inspired by a simple philosophy of Yoga: returning H(AUM)E - back to basics with Yoga & Ayurveda.
With over 25 years of teaching experience, I’ve traveled back to my roots to explore the art of conscious living through the path of Yoga & Ayurveda. I now have a better understanding of my body and the vital nourishment it needs to enhance every aspect of a #ChemicalFreeLife as nature intended.

Timeless Wisdom of my Heritage & my Mission
My journey through life has been a profound exploration of my roots, health, and spirituality. As a young girl, I found solace in waking early to sit with my father during his morning prayers, igniting a deep connection to my cultural heritage. From my early years, my focus on health led me down a path of discovery, ultimately leading to my passion for antiques and traditional upholstery. It wasn't until my studies in 1996/97 that I fully realised the profound depth of my culture of Sanatan Dharma. My father's wisdom and guidance provided a strong spiritual foundation, deeply connected to my rich cultural heritage and 12 ancestral lineages.
My unique bond with my parents, particularly my father, set me apart, teaching me the strength of standing alone. Today, my life is a testament to the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda, centred around #ChemicalFreeLiving. My mission is to share this knowledge with you, empowering you to enhance your health and well being, and embracing the timeless wisdom of my heritage.
