One to one Yoga Sessions 

One to one Yoga Sessions are designed for anyone who wants to work towards specific goals & gain Initial experience in a safe environment and may be less self-conscious.

 

One to one Yoga sessions are ideal for beginners, who are introduced to the fundamentals of yoga asanas- postures, pranayama- breath, meditation and it’s rich philosophy to broaden one’s horizon on the knowledge of one’s physical, emotional and psychological health and wellbeing. 

Yoga for Neurological Rehabilitation 

NeuroYoga is accessible to all Neurological Patients. Yoga offers significant benefits for neurological patients, especially improving movement, mobility & independence Yoga involves a combination of restorative postures, meditation and breathing techniques, to foster the mind-body connection either seated on a chair or on the mat. Meditation in particular help rewiring the brain (through neuroplasticity) to improve movement in the body for increased functional abilities for all levels.

Corporate Yoga

Corporate Yoga is a yoga practice that takes place exclusively in the workplace, often as part of an employee wellbeing scheme, or as part of a private yoga class. The idea of corporate yoga is to bring a team or department together, increase employee productivity and improve workplace morale.

 

Corporate yoga sessions can be arranged so that they provide a break in the workday, as a way to de-stress at the end of the day, or as a way to prepare for the day ahead. All corporate yoga practices include the foundational principles of yoga including seated or standing yoga asanas - postures, pranayama-breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation techniques. 

Yoga for Children 

A tailored service that encompass the enriching practice of yoga for children, promoting physical well-being, mindfulness, and the development of essential life skills in a fun and engaging manner. It includes teaching children the Yogic path of Dharma, the values  of a good person. The Vedas list of values are: Humility, Compassion, Patience, Honesty, Respect, Cleanliness, Emotional Steadiness and Self-Control.

With a well balanced mind, your child’s ability to communicate and make friends with like minded souls.
